Ride onboard our pole position lap last weekend at Silverstone on the Historic GP circuit. On the Friday test sessions the Chevron B16 broke a driveshaft yoke causing a lot of damage… the @theguardstrophy paddock helped with some parts and we went back the the workshop to repair and re-fabricate other parts over night. Then back to the circuit to rebuild the car and stick it on pole…The race win proved just out of our reach finishing P2 but a great result and team effort all weekend.

Lola T296 restoration project recently completed and tested at Silverstone last week. This car raced at Le Mans in 1978 and is now ready to compete again.

A weekend to remember..!! @gpfrance_historique with @mastershistoricracing Dan raced the Fittipaldi F8 built and prepared brilliantly by @ninewmotorsport . In his debut weekend in an F1 car Dan and the team built up pace over the weekend to record a 4th place in the first race before scoring an amazing victory in the wet on Sunday. @ninewmotorsport had to act quickly on the grid when the rain started to go for a full wet set up while a busy grid walk happened, it was the right decision and gave Dan a car he was confident to push hard in despite the tricky conditions enabling him to convert 5th on the grid to the win. 📸 @motorsportclassics.media #teamwork #F1 #ninew #dreamweekend #historicf1 #fittipaldi

Recap from last weekend… we had a Chevron B16 and Brabham BT15 racing at Snetterton and March 73B racing at Paul Ricard. The Norfolk weather was more favourable than the south of France but everyone enjoyed their weekend and the cars all had 100% reliability. Next up a bit testing with a couple of rebuild projects and then Cadwell park and Brands Hatch later in May.

The Royale RP17 performed well in the @mastershistoricracing Sports Car Legends race at the Silverstone Festival..P2 in class and 5th overall was a good result mixing it with Ferrari 512m and Lola T70’s. 📸 @claire_eagling_photography

We did it again…Dan drove the mega Ginetta G4R that is beautifully built and prepared by Jonathan Rawlinson to Class victory and P4 overall @silverstonefestival in the @mastershistoricracing Classic TT pre66 GT race. For the second year the crazy little G4R punched above its weight overall and won the CLP class. 📸 @claire_eagling_photography
