Final look back of 2025 is a mixture of cars that I have raced with or for their owners and there have been some special moments…! I had the pleasure of testing and driving Anthony Hancock’s Fittipaldi F8, the car is built and run brilliantly by @ninewmotorsport and at @gpfrance_historique in April we won in the wet following a P4 the day before, it was an an incredible weekend and to win in my first experience of an F1 car in the wet was mega! Again with NineW Motorsport I tested an Arrows they run to carry out development work. Back in cars run and built ourselves, at the Goodwood Members Meeting we ran John Davison’s Chevron B6. I shared the car with John which was a privilege and those cars around Goodwood are awesome! We went to @lemansclassic with Anthony Hancock’s Lola T296 a car we had rebuilt over the previous 6 months. I drove with Anthony and again a real privilege to drive such a car on the iconic LeMans circuit was breathtaking. We ran Dan Pickett with his Chevron B16 in the @historicsportscarclub Guards Trophy this season and I continued to drive with him. As a team we have got the car performing well and scored a number of podiums and overall win at Donington park which was a particularly intense race! We rebuilt and ran a March 742 for John Evans and he offered me the opportunity to race it in a couple of events, we won the F2 class in the @historicsportscarclub Derek Bell Trophy once at the Silverstone festival and outright at the Finals weekend. I ended the season testing and developing a Lotus Evora GT4 for @specialistcontrolsystems it was great to be back out in more modern machinery using modern traction and ABS systems which those guys have developed so well in house as their own product. So to reflect.. an amazing season for Lifetime Racing building, restoring and running historic race cars with some driving and development work for both our own clients, owner/drivers and teams. #historicmotorsport #F1 #race #raceprep #sportscars

The cars of 2025… rebuilds, restorations and race prep. March 742 rebuilt over 24/25 and raced at the end of the season to race wins. Lola T296 restored over 24/25 and tested, set up and raced at Classic Le Mans. Cooper T76 restored over 24/25 and ready to hit the track in 2026. Chevron B6 race prepped, run and developed in 25, raced at Goodwood Members and Silverstone festival. Chevron B8 refresh, tested and set up work. March 73B continued race prep and running with success in Historic F2. Chevron B16 continued race prep, development and running in Guards Trophy scored race wins and podiums. Brabham BT15 continued race prep and running in Historic F3. Brabham BT18 rebuilt, tested and ready for 2026. Ralt RT1 F3 rebuilt 24/25 and sold. Lotus Elan 26R prepped tested and run at Goodwood Revival, now being rebuilt for 2026. Lotus Elite prepped tested and run at Goodwood Members and Silverstone Festival. Ensign F3 winter refresh and tested. Chevron B49 continued race prep and running. Royale RP17. This all encompassing project required lots of fabrication and engineering work.. including machining of stronger hubs, disc bells and many more parts. Yesterday at Goodwood Revival @orangejohn2000 qualified P4 for the Fordwater Trophy in his Lotus Elan 26R, a great performance in a very competitive field. The race is at 15:25 today and hopefully the rain we have this morning will clear.

Classic Le Mans 2025… we ran this Lola T296 in collaboration with @ninewmotorsport . This car raced at Le Mans in 1978 and it was a pleasure to see it back there. Dan drove with Anthony Hancock and the pair endured virtually every weather condition possible during the event which is a real challenge for both drivers and team members. Congratulations to everyone who worked around the clock to get the car to the finish line at the end of the weekend. 📸 @motorsportclassics.media

Ride onboard our pole position lap last weekend at Silverstone on the Historic GP circuit. On the Friday test sessions the Chevron B16 broke a driveshaft yoke causing a lot of damage… the @theguardstrophy paddock helped with some parts and we went back the the workshop to repair and re-fabricate other parts over night. Then back to the circuit to rebuild the car and stick it on pole…The race win proved just out of our reach finishing P2 but a great result and team effort all weekend.
